Phillip’s idea for DeliciOats began with a 50-mile backpacking trip in 2021 where he had a bad experience with breakfasts. Inspired by the concept of overnight oats, his favorite go-to breakfast at home, he embarked on a quest to create the ultimate backpacking breakfast.
